The Twdex table of DUCKBO Tech Co., Ltd. is a hybrid high speed, high precision, high rigidity parallel changer using Cam Index and No-Lift Curvic Coupling

  • Un-Clamp, Turning, Clamp of Curvic Coupling series of Mechanisms move precisely and smoothly by the interaction of multiple cams.
  • The Curvic Coupling is quiet but retains strong coupling.
    This is a restoration error of ± 0.76 μm on the outer circumference of the outer diameter of the turning part 800 mm and ± 1.2 μm on the outer circumference of 1000 mm.
  • The Clamp mechanism is a Curvic Coupling combination with Spring.
  • The clamping force of TW 500 is 29400N high rigidity specification.
